At RedWhiteAndBlue.com, we stand by every product we make. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can count on us to make it right.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? No problem — we offer one free exchange.
The only thing you’ll be responsible for is the original shipping charge from your initial order.
Our shirts run close to true to size, but please take a moment to review the sizing chart on each product page before ordering to ensure the best fit.
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll ship your replacement right away.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are new, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them.
To start a return, email support@redwhiteandblue.com with your order number and reason for return.
A picture is worth a thousand words—please include a clear photo of the issue to help us sort it out quickly and avoid any confusion.
Once your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions for return shipping.
Damaged or Defective Items
It’s rare, but—"stuff" happens.
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue, and we’ll send a replacement or full refund right away—no hassle, no hoops.
For damaged or defective items, we take care of all costs — including shipping both ways.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive your return.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
Returns / Exchanges Will Be Denied If:
We hate to be strict, but it keeps things fair for everyone.
Items not perfectly ready for resale have to be thrown away—and nobody wants that.
Returns or exchanges will be denied if:
- If the garment has any odors — including perfume, deodorant, food, smoke, pets, or anything else that doesn’t smell like a brand-new shirt.
- If the garment has pet hair on it. Please check carefully before packing it up.
- If there are signs of wash or wear. Our tags indicate if an item has been washed or worn beyond a try-on.

If the item is sent back carelessly. Please fold it neatly, place it in its original plastic packaging (or another clean plastic bag), then ship it back.
Hats must be returned in a box to keep their shape.
